Arrival time - Cabins/Villas after 2pm, Sites after 11:30am, check out - by 10:00am.
Bookings are essential, with a deposit required to confirm your booking.

At Xmas Villas, Cabanas, Cabins and Jaycos deposit is $150, otherwise $80. At Xmas Ensuite, Powered and Unpowered Sites deposit is $70, otherwise $50. We accept Cash payment, Mastercard, Visa and direct deposit. Your booking and the total amount payable will be confirmed by us. All bookings and site allocations are subject to availability.

    CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
  • Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short.
  • Refunds do not apply to cancellations based on the weather.
  • Management reserves the right to relocate or change the Site number when necessary, after booking.
  • Confirmed sites will only be held for 24 hours after commencement date, unless otherwise arranged.
    Off Peak Cancellations:
  • Deposits will be refunded, less $25 administration fee provided at least 5 days notice is given.
  • Deposits can be transferred to another booking within 3 months from date of cancellation.
    Mid / Peak Season Cancellations:
  • Deposits will be refunded, less $25 administration fee, if at least 30 days notice is given.
  • If less than 30 days notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited.
