Bookings are essential, with a deposit required to confirm your booking, 1 night stays require full payment at time of booking. Confirmation will be emailed at time of booking. Unconfirmed bookings will only be held to 5pm on day of arrival.
Easter and Christmas bookings require deposit on booking, balance to be finalised 1 month prior to arrival. Your booking and the total amount payable will be confirmed by us. All bookings and site allocations are subject to availability. We accept Cash payment, Mastercard, Visa and direct deposit. Credit Cards incurr a 1.25% surcharge.
- Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short.
- Refunds do not apply to cancellations based on the weather.
- Management reserves the right to relocate or change the Site number when necessary, after booking.
- Confirmed sites will only be held for 24 hours after commencement date, unless otherwise arranged.
Off Peak Cancellations:
- Deposits will be refunded, less $30 administration fee provided at least 5 days notice is given.
Mid / Peak Season Cancellations:
- Deposits will be refunded, less $30 administration fee, if at least 30 days notice is given.
- If less than 30 days notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited.
